Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Launch Sweep is a software testing service operated by Erelof AB, org nr 559591-5462, registered in Sweden. Contact: erik@launchsweep.com.

2. Business customers only

Launch Sweep is a business to business service. By ordering you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes, for an app you operate commercially or intend to. The service is not offered to consumers, and consumer protection rules for distance contracts do not apply.

3. What you are buying

One Launch Sweep: a fixed price testing engagement consisting of an exploratory pass, a security pass and a load and abuse pass, as described on launchsweep.com. The deliverable is a written findings report with severity ratings and reproduction steps.

You are buying professional testing effort and a report. You are not buying a guaranteed number of findings, a security certification, a compliance audit or a statement that your app is safe. If we find nothing serious, the report states what we covered and what we did not.

4. Booking, payment and refunds

• Before payment we confirm in writing that your app is a fit for the service.
• Payment is made in full at booking, via Stripe. Your slot is reserved when payment is received.
• If we cannot start your sweep within 7 days of booking, or your app turns out not to be a fit at kickoff, you get a full refund.
• Prices are stated excluding VAT. VAT is added where applicable.

5. Start and delivery

The sweep starts at kickoff, when we have received the access listed in the kickoff instructions (app URL, test accounts, and read access to your backend configuration). The report is delivered within 48 hours of kickoff.

You ask us to begin performing the service immediately upon kickoff. To the extent any statutory withdrawal right would apply, you acknowledge that it lapses once the service has been fully performed.

6. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own the app or have the authority to order security and load testing against it.
• You provide the requested access and tell us about any areas we must not touch.
• You keep backups of your data. We test carefully, but testing means using your app in unexpected ways.
• Load testing against a production environment happens only with your explicit written consent and an agreed load cap.

7. Confidentiality

Everything we learn about your app, including findings and credentials, is treated as confidential. The report is written for you and shared with no one else. Access credentials are used only for the sweep and discarded when the engagement ends. We may state publicly that your company is a customer only with your permission.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a sweep is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts, with Stockholm District Court as first instance.
